✅ Syngeneic tumor models, such as CT26, GL261, and ID8, reveal that tumor implantation site significantly influences immunotherapy responses, with subcutaneous sites often showing stronger ICI efficacy compared to orthotopic or intracerebroventricular placements.   

✅ Combining anti-PD-1 with radiotherapy in CT26 colon cancer models demonstrates synergistic tumor growth inhibition and improved survival.   

✅ In ID8 ovarian cancer models, intraperitoneal implantation exhibits heterogeneous responses to PD-1 blockade, while subcutaneous and orthotopic sites align with a "cold" phenotype.   ；
